How long has your account been on hold @Boomba1987 ?

After 90 days beyond the end of your current cycle, the account becomes permanently disabled, as does the phone number get placed back to the original provider pool of numbers.

Based on your question, I'm guessing this is a more recent happening, so I'm thinking you're fine.
