    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am stuck in payment section. May be prob with credit card as I just changed address this morning.. Also want to confirm:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- can get coverage in rural Manitoba close to Winnipeg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- can port from BellMTS prepaid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I have a SIM and I linked it online, but in app they were asking for again. Frustrated with this whole process. In-person would work better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
