    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; Can I get that number as well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a mssg from Freedom Mobile that my port in failed. (I provided my IMEI number). I've tried Customer Service chat but it doesn't cover this. I have my old customer number from ChatR.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/374670"&gt;@MaeveGray&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you are porting into Freedom, you will need to get your PM account number from My account and then call Freedom back to provide them the PM account number (Sorry, the porting number is for issuesnwith porting into PM, they cannot help with porting out issues)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
