Did you check to see if the country you are calling to is included in the add on you purchased?

@NatalliaK81 do you see the add-on successfully purchased in your account? Which country are you trying to call?

You are currently in Canada trying to call out internationally? Ensure that you are using 1 before the number .

Here is a list of all the countries you can call using the 300 Intl minutes. Maybe the country you're calling is not on the list??

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.

Ok so since it's not on the list you could both download WhatsApp and call that way. Or buy one of the scratch calling cards that you can buy from any convenience stores for 5$ or $10

Belarus isn't one of the countries you can call. Here is a list of calling cards you can use to call them. Google.

Since you're unable to use the INTL calling, you can reach out to a CS Agent to credit your account the amount you paid. You won't get a refund per say, but a credit on your account, as long as you haven't use any minutes yet.

Download the TextNow app for free calling and texting to Belarus when you are connected to wifi.

You will need to pick a secondary number.

Or WhatsApp with your PM number but the other party must also have WhatsApp on their phone for the app to work.

Actually @BKNS27 you have to buy credits to call Belarus. And they are VERY expensive using TextNow. Like $0.67 a minute. Cheaper to buy a calling card at the mall.
