      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you ran out of minutes? If you haven’t run out of minutes then are you within the covered areas for Public Mobile? If yes to both, then try swapping the SIM in a different phone and seeing if the SIM works if it does not then try seeing if a different SIM works in your current own which ever is the problem that’s what needs to be replaced so if your SIM isn’t working different phone, then perhaps SIM needs to be replaced and if another SIM is working in your phone, then the phone needs to be replaced if neither then seems like a bigger issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
