      <title>Double payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a Public Mobile subscriber for a few years and have always paid my plan by auto-pay. On Saturday January 13, 2024 my plan stopped working in the same day I pay a monthly payment, but my plan the same was inactive. On Monday January 15th 2024 i received again a SMS from Public Mobile , my mobile plan still inactive , so I paid Monday January 15th 2024 again for one month. I have proof of Double payment in January 2024 on my credit card statement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly return payment of one month to my credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sergiu&lt;/P&gt;</description>
