    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a top up number and it says that it is not working when i try to top up manually by myself. Please help me. I also need to create my online acocunt for my self-serve and i have tried 10 times already and it is not working. It registers me as if i was a new customer trying to activate a new line. It has been almost 10 years that i am a customer of public mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
