      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my plan to 5G on Jan 18 but I am not getting 5G since then. I thought it is all automatic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to do anything to get 5G?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/374328"&gt;@cudieau&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You just need a device capable of connecting to the 5G Network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that, try going into your network connections and select 5G or 5G Auto if it is listed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes resetting network connections also gets things going.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
