I keep trying to register my new debit visa card on my account so I can pay my bills but your site keeps rejecting my card. help please

there are some issue with updating credit card. If you can wait, please wait a full 24 hours before trying again.

if you need to make the payment quickly and cannot afford to wait 24 hours, please buy a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and the load the voucher using *611

my plan runs out tomorrow and I've been trying for weeks to get my new card set up. I've waited 24 hours before and tried again. If this can't be fixed I'm going to take my business elsewhere I'm so frustrated.

Contact agent ASAP as your account will be suspended due to not pay.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
