topic Subscription Plan change in Get Support

Hi,

I subscribe to public mobile couple month ago for the plan 34$ for 30G data of 5G network. Now I saw the plan has become 34$ for 50G data of 5G network, which is still available now. My question is if I still have the chance to match to the data limit? if yes, how. Thanks.

Yes, I am from Quebec and new to Public Mobile around the black Friday. I noticed that the data limit for the same plan changed after the black Friday. Thanks.

You'd have to port out temporarily, and then come back as a new customer again.

Sad. My friend was able to match from 20G to 50G for 34$, and he subscribed the plan earlier than me. That's why I asked the question earlier. Is there 2 different standard performed?

You can ask @CS_Agent via direct message. I wouldn't get your hopes up, but there's no harm in asking.
