      <description>&lt;P&gt;I unsubscribed 2nd January on the app and it hasnt worked and continued on. It has taken more money out of my account. The app and site isnt working properly and i cant get into contact with anyone. I need to be reimbursed for that payment and confirm that my subscription is cancelled. We no longer use this and are not in the country anymore. How can i contact a person?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is NO way to 'unsubscribe' from PM service. There is NO button or option to do that!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They only way to STOP service and lose account forever is to stop paying subscription or declare phone lost/stolen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
