I AM TRYING TO UPDATE MY NEW ADDRESS BUT WHEN I AM GOING TO SAVE INFORMATION, THEN IT SHOWING INVALID ADDRESS, PLEASE ADVISE WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW ? EVEN HOW TO CREATE TICKET TO CONTACT AGENT ?

You don't need to input an address on your PM account. Is there a need to do this for some purpose.

Just leave the fields blank, @NUPURLAVI

One other thing to note, @NUPURLAVI , is that the way to do this is to:

log into self-serve
go to Profile tab
tap the pencil icon by your name to the right
start entering your address in the field
the system will provide a pull-down of matching addresses based on what you type,
type slowly to allow the system to generate matching addresses,
select the one which matches, or most closely matches, what you're needing it to display.
