      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone having trouble losing the cell service? My daughters phone is constantly losing cell service, which is so stressful....its dropping to SOS daily off and on. She had a snowmobile accident the other day and was unable to call us because the phone had dropped service again!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/373554"&gt;@lauracanning&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No recent increase in number of complaints re:&amp;nbsp; cell service issues.&amp;nbsp; Is this more of a recent issue or has she had issues since she started with Public mobile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where are you located?&amp;nbsp; Certain areas may have weaker cell phone tower coverage.&amp;nbsp; Public mobile uses Telus and Bell towers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which model phone?&amp;nbsp; Does it have VoLTE function?&amp;nbsp; That is more important for talk services these days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try the PM SIM card in another working phone.&amp;nbsp; This will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S.&amp;nbsp; I will move your post from Lounge to Support section.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
