Unauthorized Credit card charges

I have unauthorized charges showing up my credit card:
2016-09-03: PUBLIC MOBILE 855-4782542 BC - $47.68
2016-10-02: PUBLIC MOBILE 855-4782542 BC - $60.63

I've already paid for the 3 month plan at the end of August. These extra 2 payments make no sense. What is going on?

Probably a payment system bug.

They will verify your account and apply the necessary corrections.

Hello,

I also have been charged a double amount on the sign up. I already sent a request and got a ticket assigned: 3759-0903 on Nov 19. Nobody contacted me since! Would like some resolution on this if anybody knows? I can also contact the credit card company but I think it should be the last resort.

Here is the transaction list (only one should be valid, the second one refunded.

I have an amount charged in my credit card, but I do not reconize the phone number.

It is weird because I don't have this credit card registered for payments.
