Sometimes there are issues with iMessage setup when you change carrier.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to receive incoming calls?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try to reboot phone.&amp;nbsp; If that does not work, network reset of phone.&amp;nbsp; Note: this will erase any saved Wifi password settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In any case in my personal experience; sometimes it takes around 48 hours or so for everything to fall in place. While some of us are lucky to get everything working within a hour or two sometimes it takes a bit longer so try again in a few more hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything fails, you can direct message a service agent at, &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt; as they might be able to troubleshoot further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/373514"&gt;@BrianEarl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If incoming phone calls don't work, then you likely have a stuck port.&amp;nbsp; Did you answer Yes to your original carrier's port request?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network reset will not likely help.&amp;nbsp; I will private message you the Telus porting team number to have the port request sent again.&amp;nbsp; Check your private message inbox (envelope icon upper right corner of website)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Interesting, you should still be able to text out, but not receive any incoming texts if your port is stuck.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
