topic receive call from 2 iphones in Get Support

Hi, I recently change my iphone. meaning: switching the SIMM from 1 to another and also transferring all data and application. Everything is working fine, but a funny thing is happening: I receive call now on the new phone (with SIMM) and also on the old phone (no SIMM). Note that both are on the same home wifi while this is happening. Probably not when I will be outside of my home (?). Does any one has a technical answer of this functionality?

Thanks
