    <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to use Koodo before and I changed to Public mobile yesterday. Phones calls messages everything is working but my data connection is not working. I didn't change any settings or did anything. Did anyone else find this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/368744"&gt;@Mushfiq&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try rebooting your phone.&amp;nbsp; If that does not work, then network reset of phone.&amp;nbsp; Note: this will erase any saved Wifi password settings.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also check the APN settings of the phone.&amp;nbsp; Which model phone? Android versus Apple? iphone should be automatic APN settings, but if android, you may need to adjust settings:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
