@Tony1987 Usually within an hour during their working hours although some report its taking much longer. Bear in mind their hours are 9 a.m to 10 p.m. EST

hate to give you such a horrible time-range but it can be within 15 minutes up to several hours.

Some even insist it had taken longer than a day, but that has only been during high contact volumes during the holiday.

I have contacted agent so many times for last few months during holidays weekdays and weekends they took 15 to 30 mins to get back. I hope that would be standard time during normal conditions
