@Panda4 Please ensure that you have downloaded the public mobile app from the App Store and trying to activate it that way.

@Panda4 Are you using the app to activate ? Not the website all activations need the app . If still no luck please submit ticket with support

@Handy1 Do you need app to activate physical SIMs now? You can't activate them on the website any more?

@pmbc Yes all activations need the app . It can no longer be done on the website like before

Good to know, I didn't realize. Would have been nice to be able to activate either way in case issue with the app. I haven't been on PM THAT long, but kind of liked the simplicity of being able to use the website to activate.

Ensure you're:

using the Public Mobile app Download App | Public Mobile
using a NEW SIM card... old ones can't be reused
try rebooting device after going through the process
are you using the full set of numbers on the SIM card to activate
if all else fails, delete and unistall app, and try again.
