      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The best course of action is to submit a ticket with the chatbot in the public mobile community tab and explain to them your situation, they will provide you with an answer tomorrow. They respond quickly once they issue the initial response to your ticket. You need to submit a ticket yourself as we do not see your emails in your post.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did, I think all the messages I have sent the past month has helped there is still some glitch’s but at one time I couldn’t even sign in because it recognized only my old phone number and that was deleted so anyways It looks good just when loading it wants to take a few minutes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
