      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Evening,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in Florida and have purchased the US Text / Data for $15.00 and it is not working. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I urgently need my phone number to work as I am expecting important calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been also double charge for these add ons in January and in December.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please review my account, but please get my number working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/365952"&gt;@DomenicMGA&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to Self-Serve and make sure you the add-on has been selected. It's possible the payment to purchase the add-on was deposited into account but the add-on itself was not actually selected (and activated). Hopefully you can find a free wifi hotspot at a fast food place or wherever to get onto the internet for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may have to manually select the operator/network/carrier (T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T), as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269452"&gt;@Handy1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; suggested above. And you may need to manually configure APN settings for that network if your add-on is intended to provide data and/or MMS attachments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
