      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I was going through the process of activating my subscription and I did not know that you can’t do it while the SIM is in my phone. Now I can’t activate my subscription. Can I reset the process?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/370475"&gt;@Vic_Parra&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't recall there would be any problem if the PM sim in the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;may I know what exact error you got? and which step out of the 6 steps you were at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you download the PM app and used it to activate yet? If not, please download , login and let us know if any error&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! The error I got was on step 6, and it said that I did not activate my subscription.
