What you describe is something that can be typical during the port transition. If the port was very recent, you might just need to give it time, power cycle your phone every once in a while. If it was over a couple hours, it could be stuck partially complete. In this case it is best to get one of the moderators here involved, they can normally get it to complete fairly quickly. This kind of problem happens when the porting process is not completed yet. What you can do is send your name and your wind mobile account number + PIN to the moderators mentioned above by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/7773"&gt;@JaK﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and one will finalize the process for you, Welcome on board and enjoy your service.
