Voicemail not working

I know that someone left me a message and the indicator on my phone says I have a voicemail, but when I dial into the voicemail it says I do not have any voicemail. I am doing something wrong? Also I set up a custom voicemail message but it never plays only the default message plays.

@Mikesmith2786 Do you have iPhone ?? If so turn off visual voicemail and test

are you getting regular inbound calls at all? did you just join PM?

some people just joined PM with porting the phone number, but porting not down, so the voicemails other left on the voicemail in fact still with the old service carrier

@Mikesmith2786 Excellent we happy to hear it .i had same issue and had turn it off and will again I think it can back on automatically after updating my IOS to 17.2.1
