@Dave1701d No and no . You can only have one phone number per account with its own unique email and there no data sharing . Except of course for using you phone for hotspotting

NO. Each account is separate and no way to share data nor other services.

You can create hot spot with your phone and share data with others that way.

there is no family plan with PM, ie, funds, data, add-on minutes are not sharable

In fact with PM system, each account is independent by itself, so, you need a different email address to create a different account
