Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it .       <title>Sim card late</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sim card that I ordered from public is a week late and I can't open a ticket without my account number which wasn't on the confirmation email when I opened this account. It took my credit card information but now I'm in limbo with no sim, no account info and a charge for the purchase.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's my next step here? I don't live near a store that sells public mobil sim cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372756"&gt;@LeonTheLimey&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What date did you order the PM Sim card?&amp;nbsp; PM does not process orders on weekend and holidays.&amp;nbsp; According to website, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If more than 10 business days, then you can contact customer service agent. Otherwise, you will need to wait. Unforunately, no tracking number. Usually Canada post delivery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
