      <title>Adding credit card autopay option to account with an apartment address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had issues adding my credit card to my account and contacted my banking agency. They said I am required to add my apartment number to my postal code when adding my card to my account. However, when adding a new credit card, the postal code only allows 6 characters to be added so I cannot add the whole code and therefore cannot add the right card. Is there a manual way to input this card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372051"&gt;@finntuck&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;for apartment number, you don't add it on the postal code field&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;adding apartment number to address field in Profile page, click on the pencil besides the name, then you can update address, it should be int he format&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2345 - 110 ABC street,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let the auto lookup to complete the address for you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but honest, PM does not send address to credit card to post payment,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372051"&gt;@finntuck&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;What your bank told you doesn't make sense to me.&amp;nbsp; A postal code is a postal code, not postcal code &amp;amp; apt number.&amp;nbsp; What error do you get when adding CC for payment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another option is to contact the CS Agent directly to have them help add the card.&amp;nbsp; You could send them a PM here,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
