    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372671"&gt;@Jordan80&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is only 50% of the calls not coming through, the porting is not a problem.&amp;nbsp; Please report back what porting team says (althought you might not need to call them at all)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please also try to reboot the phone and Reset all networks.&amp;nbsp; Maybe use another phone to test the PM sim card as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I will send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you . Be sure to leave Roger’s SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
