      <title>Activate New SIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I am trying to activate a new SIM. I got an error after the last step saying that I need to contact customer support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I try to contact support, it says there are no agents available.&amp;nbsp; I have tried contacting them through the app and through desktop, both with no luck.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just activated my sim a few days ago. I was able to start the process on my desktop computer but had to complete it on the app. It went seamlessly then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately waiting 20 minutes and&amp;nbsp; logging back in gave me the same error. I have contacted an agent through direct message. Hopefully they can get back to me soon&lt;/P&gt;</description>
