    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ported last night, and I'm stuck between two phone numbers. The number I ported in is currently working for calls, the number you assign me when I set up the account yesterday is handling all text messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ported in from Koodo post paid. I have tried restarting phone, I have tried a new phone, I have tried reinstalling SIM card. I have tried everything. I believe someone needs to look at this on your end to fix it. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, received the text. As mentioned porting worked fine for calls, did not work for texts. I'm stuck between two phone numbers and could be missing urgent messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372678"&gt;@MeganMight&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;outbound calls on PM sim will work, but are you getting inbound calls? likely not.&amp;nbsp; Call the support team and check if porting was done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if porting was done and still have call problem, try reboot your phone once and Reset All Networks.&amp;nbsp; Also, put the PM sim card in another phone to test&lt;/P&gt;</description>
