    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372560"&gt;@S-andree4b&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are just customers and not PM agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but to port to Virgin, you need your PM account still active.&amp;nbsp; And you need to get the account number from My Account, Profile page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then go to Virgin Plus , activate and put in the phone number and account number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;once activated with virgin, do not remove PM sim still.&amp;nbsp; PM will send you a text and you need to reply Yes within 90 mins.&amp;nbsp; After you replied, you can then wait an hour and put the Virgin sim card and test inbound and outbound calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The transfer is from Virgin Mobile to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, needs that PM to send a new request for transfer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
