      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372614"&gt;@Crowley1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;were you in the same location or moving within a location or somewhere outside?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the device you’re using new to you and was it acquired from a reputable source?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What you’re describing definitely sounds environmental/outage related/ and related to location, however, it could also have to do with the device being blacklisted if it was acquired from an unknown or untrusted private sale.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here. Resets dont work, tried swapping to 3g, nothing. No phone calls or texts working, all say "your call could not be connected as dialed, please check number....." I know the number is right as I speed dial my voicemail to the same result. Located in NS fwiw&lt;/P&gt;</description>
