    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372499"&gt;@RalphUnrau&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only provider which requires an extra step to port here is from Koodo pre-paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's because they and Public Mobile (both being under the TELUS umbrella) share the same systems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because of that, the typical 'porting process' which occurs with all other provider to provider moves doesn't happen when going from Koodo pre-paid to Public Mobile, or vice-versa.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer support agents need to manually do the port internally for the number to be moved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once they do, it's smooth sailing ahead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to Public Mobile!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to transfer my number from koodo prepaid to public plan but it says i need to submit a ticket through the chat support, but I cant because the page doesnt load after i click submit a ticket. Unbelivable they dont have actual people helping paying customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
