Hi,

I am switching to Public Mobile from Telus. Do I still need to get my phone unlocked? If so, can Public Mobile do this for me or do I need to call Telus?

If your phone works on Telus it works on Public Mobile.

Since unlocking is free as of December 1 /2017 it wouldn't hurt to have it unlocked anyways, but that is just me.
