      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I signed up and paid for an account and an eSIM this morning(about 8 hours ago) I got a text message from previous provider to confirm transfer of phone number. Then a follow up welcome text from Public mobile that said to turn my phone off and then back on to complete the transfer. I now have no service from either of the providers!! Please help!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the suggestion. I’ve done all the troubleshooting listed and still am having no luck here. I’ve tried submitting for help in the chat, and I get an error each time. Just beginning to panic as I now have no phone service at all as my other provider transferee my number to Public Mobile already!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
