    <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually it is 5-10 business days to receive SIM from PM. Sometimes even (way) longer or card does not arrive at all.&lt;BR /&gt;No tracking and it is send by regular mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could wait another week or two and then ask agent for replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered my sim on 26 Dec 2022 and it was expected to come at 04 jan, I am still waiting for my sim to arrive and I did not get any order number also. Anyone else facing the same problem. I currently live in Etobicoke, ON. If you know any store that can help or any solution do let me know&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it .
