      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372328"&gt;@Joebhoy1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has she tried rebooting her device and resetting network connections?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, what messaging does she hear when she dials 611?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She can check her self-serve account to see the status and check the recent payment to ensure it did in fact apply to the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is only 1 account or subscription/1 email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Her account must use a different email address. So you can click on Forgot Email and it will show part of the email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0110.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/109185i96AAEA11FEBD1EE2/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0110.png" alt="IMG_0110.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a manual payment over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
