Auto pay currently uses credit cards.

Why not bank debit?

Public Mobile isn't set up to accept that. Only cards with the Visa, Mastercard, and Amex logos are accepted. This is a business decision.

@cbPM51 Not sure of the exact reason for this . Just that it’s always been this way one can also use. Pre paid visa or vouchers also

Isnt prepaid visa really a debit card

Funds are loaded to the account but it's still processed by the payment systems as a credit card. Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit are also accepted.

I just used my debit visa and it went through ok. So now it will come out of my bank account and I wont have to worry about credit card transactions. Awesome 🖖🏻
