Whare did you get the replacement?</P><P>- was the original phone workiing with Public Mobile?</P><P>- have you tried rebooting the phone when other SIMs arre installed?</P><P>- what are the other SIMs you tried?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Public Mobile does not lock phones. I have heard that is their procedure; i.e. replace locked phone with a locked phone.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>As it happens, PM will unlock any Telus iPhone for $50; see <A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Unlocking-Your-Phone/ta-p/5237" target="_blank">here</A>.
