    <description>&lt;P&gt;just activated new account. I can call out however incoming callls go straight to voicemail. I'm assuming there is issue porting my cell number from Rogers.&amp;nbsp; is there a way to corrrect this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would check to see if your Rogers sim card still work.&amp;nbsp; Also a reboot of the phone should fix it, if the port was done correctly.&amp;nbsp; (airplane mode should work, but better to reboot.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
