      <title>Is the network currently down?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been experiencing some network issues where my phone is not connected to the network. It keeps saying "emergency calls" or I am getting messages saying there is no SIM connected. I have restarted my phone a couple of times along with taking out the SIM and putting it back in again. But my phone is still going back to "emergency calls". Is there any network issues/outage currently? What can I do to get my phone connected to the network again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
