      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Community, I need help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to sign in into My Account but there is a message: Invalid SIM card when i type the number printed on SIM Card. I use the SIM Card for more then 1 year and just needed to learn my account number. Any suggestion? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Curious&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372159"&gt;@andistasi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do have ANY services at all with the SIM card in your device?&amp;nbsp; Calling, texting, working data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the account number needed to port (move) services to another mobile service provider?&amp;nbsp; If so, you will need to re-establish/reactivate the account to respond "YES" to the port authorization text to move your number there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
