How can I get a new account changed to a card not a eSIM. This old phone can't download the app of public mobile so I want the number to be on the sim card. I know i need another SIM card in witch i have, i don't want eSIM because of old phone it won't work. I want my auntie number connected to her card.

SIM SWAPPING profile tabs

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device

if you cannot log in you can get support to do it for you

Your account is on your existing SIM card so try putting your SIM into your aunt’s phone and see if it works or vise versa.

@Cecil1942 If I'm not interpreting your question correctly, please reply back. So you know, you cannot re-use a SIM. eg. you cannot take your PM SIM and assign it to your Aunt's PM account to have her number on your SIM card. If you mean that you have a new SIM card that's unused, @Handy1 below is correct, you just need to assign the SIM to your Auntie's account and put it into her phone. If you do this you won't need the app to do the activation.
