Otherwise, the custostomer could get stuck paying for the extra SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Otherwise, the custostomer could get stuck paying for the extra SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand that you disagree with it&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15043"&gt;@computergeek541&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, thank you for sharing that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Indeed, the CSA's may or may not comply with a refund/credit request.&amp;nbsp; I didn't write that they &lt;STRONG&gt;would &lt;/STRONG&gt;nor that they &lt;STRONG&gt;had to&lt;/STRONG&gt; agree.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I'd bet dollars to donuts that a well-worded and kind message to customer support will usually result in understanding and flexibility on their end, especially in cases whereby a SIM card is later than expected in being received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Public Mobile's goal is to get customers signed up, offering a credit on the account equivalent to the SIM card purchase price (not necessarily a REFUND) is a small, yet effective, gesture which may go a long way in ensuring a prospective customer sticks around to sign up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
