      <title>Changing Subscription issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have the $15 with 3G speen subscription and I want to change it. I tried using the website and the account, but whenever I tried to change my susbription, my only options are ones with 3G speed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
