      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should contact the CS Agent to advise you want to port out.&amp;nbsp; We're all just customers like you.&amp;nbsp; You can send a message to CSAgent here,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's actually the telco you're moving to that initiates the port.&amp;nbsp; CS Agent may be able to help the process because you don't have the PM SIM to answer the question to confir you want to port out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
