      <description>&lt;P&gt;Friend trying to set phone up on public Mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He says the last step to finish his phone set up for public mobile subscription... he has to go on line to google play&amp;nbsp; and download&amp;nbsp;Public Mobile app&amp;nbsp; but his phone must be to old for app we see app but says we can not download&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anyway to complete setup on line in public mobile web page with out app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks everyone for your he&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
