Sorry to hear that. If the customer was using a credit card/debit card under the same name, the only thing that really would need to be done woudl be to advise the card issuer of the customer's death. The card would automatically be cancelled and Public Mobile would not longer be able to collect paymetns for the cell phone service. The Public Mobile acocunt would then automatically close on its own after being in suspension for 90 days.
