I transferred 2 phones to public mobile from another provider. Can I use the referrel code from the first to apply to the second? Or will it not work since they are both under my name? Thank you.

Depending on how long ago you did it, a CS Agent can apply the codes after the fact. But there's a very small window to do this in. Here are two ways to look at it.

If you transferred two lines, you can use the first line with your friends code so he is credited $1 per month for as long as you still with PM. Then, when you signed up the second phone you can A) use your friends code again so they get $2 a month for every month you stay or B) you can use your first line's referral code so whoever got that phone number will get that $1 credit per month.
