I can't send or receive text messages

My mobile has dual sim

I was overseas and used a local number in Sim 2

Since I came back to Canada and

I am not able to send or receive text messages

I checked the settings and the message centre is "+16475800172"

Not sure what is the issue

@Mmehrz Check the sim manger in your phone settings and ensure PM is enabled /set to primary . And the overseas number is not enabled or set to primary and reboot the phone see if that helps

I removed the other Sim

Only public sim is in the mobile

@Mmehrz: What do you get when you try to send a text message? Any error? Also you are able to make phone calls correct?
